Children, parents and staff are greatly supported by our experienced Governing Body.  Our governors attend parent meetings, work with children in class during school visits, have an active role in the recruitment of staff and support subject coordinators in developing and monitoring our exciting and varied curriculum...amongst many other aspects of school life.

Structure of the Governing Body

 

Full Governing Body: All Governors attend Full Governing Body (FGB) meetings.

Committees: All Governors then sit on one of the two committees below.

• Resources Committee: Focusing on resources (financial and human) and premises.
• Curriculum and Standards Committee:  Focusing on curriculum, progress data and teaching and learning.

Each committee has clear terms of reference outlining their responsibilities.
